Earlier this afternoon after returning from a brush fire in Delanco. Companies were Dispatched to the 1000 block of Mt Holly Rd for a reported structure fire with possible victims trapped.

Chief 1200 arrived on scene and confirmed reports of heavy fire from the alpha side of the structure. Engines 1222, 1112(Delanco), 1612(Willingboro), and Ladder 7015(Riverside) arrived and went to work within seconds of each other.

Due to the amount of fire and structural conditions inside, crews were evacuated from the structure. Additional units were brought in as well as some special calls to assist with man power and apparatus needs.

There a currently no reported injuries! Once the fire was extinguished crews stood by on scene until a demolition crew arrived to open up and take down the remaining structure.

Some may be missed. But we would like to Thank any and all mutual aid partners who assisted on and off scene.

We would like to acknowledge the recent recognition received by our member, FF Cindy Borden, from her full-time employer. From the moment she entered the firehouse, Cindy has consistently demonstrated and fostered a strong team-first mentality. Over the years, she has shared these principles with our younger members, helping to shape the next generation. Cindy has now carried those same values beyond the firehouse and applied them in her current role. Congratulations, Cindy!

We are very fortunate to have a good working relationship with our local police departments. Last night we were dispatched for a building fire. When Riverside PD arrived, PTL Strough put his drone up and captured some photos. This another tool for a incident commander to use while running an incident.

Update:
Around 915pm Local and Mutual Aid partners were dispatched to the Abundant Life Church on Rt 130 for a reported structure fire. First arriving units found active fire from the roof of the structure. Once crews gained access to the roof they found fire from a HVAC unit and began working to extinguish the same. Crews found it to be a gas fed fire, PSEG was requested to respond due to the same. Crews were able to get a knock on the fire and secure the gas to the unit. There was no extension to the structure. Local and County Fire Marshals were requested for the investigation. All companies were released around 1045pm.

Companies are currently operating in the area of Bridgeboro Rd and Rt 130 for what was reported as a building fire. Crews found an exterior HVAC fire on the roof of the structure. The fire is under control at this time.
