The Beverly Hills Chamber Team continued to the second part of their tour where they walked from the main office in Century City, across Santa Monica Blvd to the site of The One Beverly Hills, to experience the scale firsthand as it is being built live.
What’s currently a massive open foundation is already incredibly impressive. Towering retaining walls, layers of rebar, and multiple cranes moving in sync give a sense of the complex ambitious build.
The tour culminated at the illustrious “The New” Merv Griffin Way, a famous stretch of road connecting a section of Wilshire and Santa Monica Blvd, offering a compelling vantage point. This corridor, currently in transition, will evolve into a multi-level integrated thoroughfare framed by lush gardens and walkable design.
An intriguing detail shared during the session underscored the sheer scale: the volume of earth excavated to date could fill wheelbarrows stretching from Beverly Hills to London. It is a vivid illustration of the magnitude of transformation currently underway. From vision to reality, The One Beverly Hills redefines the landscape of the city. Thank you CAIN for the unparalleled opportunity to experience the development process unfold.
