Calling all kids! We are offering a summer lunch program through Feeding America. The program is specific to libraries and is called Gather 2 Grow. We are offering this on Wednesday's throughout the summer. The first event is Wednesday June 10 and the last one will be September 2nd. We will offer 2 options each Wednesday - and all you have to do is tell us which one you want. We will NOT be collecting any data on participants and there are NO forms to fill out. It is so easy to get a shelf-stable lunch. And another great thing is that Benzonia Public Library is also participating. You will have 3 days a week to get a free meal from your local library! Come see us June 10th!

We will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

Saturday was Spanish Story Time! We started with a Dr. Seuss classic - "One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish". We read it side by side with the English version. We also played a matching game with colors - to reinforce color names. Then we did a small writing exercise where we copied the first few lines of the book. Oh, and we had a small snack of goldfish (pez dorado). 🐠🐟

Next Spanish Story Time will be June 6th at 11:30am.
