September is Su***de Prevention Month. 💙

In the U.S., 5.5% of adults experience serious thoughts of su***de each year. Behind that number are people we know, love, work with and care about.

This month is an opportunity to break the silence around su***de, check in with the people in our lives and remind one another that asking for help is a sign of strength.

Sometimes a simple, genuine “How are you really doing?” can be the start of an important conversation.

Register today for NAMI Lehigh Valley’s Family-to-Family education program.

This free, 8-session course is designed for family members and friends of people living with mental health conditions. Participants will gain practical tools for communication, problem-solving, coping, self-care, crisis preparation and more in a supportive, understanding environment.

For your convenience, the class is being offered both virtually and in-person.

Virtual sessions via Zoom
