At hospice, we’re reminded every day that the little things—a warm smile, a familiar hand to hold, a favorite meal, or time spent with loved ones—are often what matter most.

As you stroll through your local farmers market this week, take a moment to slow down, support local makers and growers, and cherish the people beside you.
