Innovation & Leadership Residency The Innovation and Leadership Residency provides an opportunity for participants to engage with entrepreneurs, start-ups and investors.

The Innovation and Leadership Residency teaches leadership by immersing you with real startups and venture capitalists. The way we see it: An innovative and entrepreneurial spirit coupled with sound leadership practices supports the long term growth of new business enterprises. As an ILR resident you have the opportunity to join our network and work with a start-up company as they prepare a pitch
