As we begin National Su***de Prevention & Awareness Month, let’s remember that while su***de can touch any community, hope can reach every community, too. Hope can grow through connection, kindness, and the reminder that no one has to face life’s hardest moments alone. 💛

For our military community, this month is a reminder that every service member, veteran, caregiver, family member, and friend matters.

Sometimes support starts with something simple: a kind word, a check in, a listening ear, or a reminder that you don’t have to carry everything alone.

Throughout September, we’ll be sharing reminders of hope, encouragement, and connection. Because sometimes, knowing someone is there can make all the difference.
