With more than 77,000 linear feet of service lines and over 450 customers, our team works hard every day to provide reliable, high-quality utility services to the community. Bethel’s piped water and sewer system is a sensitive infrastructure that depends on regular maintenance and attention from both our Utility Workers and our customers.

As winter approaches, please take time to inspect your service lines and ensure they have the proper pitch and that all heat trace systems are functioning correctly. Preventive maintenance now can help avoid costly freeze-ups and service disruptions during the colder months.

We also ask for your help in protecting our sewer system. Please do not dispose of grease, wet wipes, toys, clothing, or other garbage down drains or toilets. These items can cause blockages, equipment damage, and service interruptions that affect the entire community.
