per month to receive an allotment if the total household income falls below the current guidelines for the number of persons sharing the same legal address and utility services account. To get food: Make income statement, picture ID, utility bill as proof of Carroll Co Residence, information on all other persons in the household. It is a nonprofit charity incorporated through the office of the secretary of state of Arkansas and approved the by attorney general to solicit funds from the public. It is operated entirely by volunteers and all funds are used to operate the ministry.
