In the interest of safety for staff and PSAGRC guests, because of the ongoing winter weather today, all PSAGRC offices will be closed beginning at 1:30 p.m. today. PSAGRC offices will re-open on Monday, March 20, 2023.

All PSAGRC offices will be closed on Friday, January 6, 2023 and will re-open on Monday, January 9, 2023.

Because of the ongoing seriousness of this evening’s weather and tomorrow morning’s road conditions, all PSAGRC offices will not open until 12 Noon, February 3, 2022.

Also, our entire land-line phone system has become inoperable for the time being. If you need to contact any of the PSAGRC staff, please do so utilizing the email address [email protected].

It's been four months since our last post on October 1. Since that time, on November 16 our offices closed again because of the rising numbers in COVID-19 positivity cases in the state.

The Santa Ana tribal government continues to closely monitor the state health data for indicators that would permit a safe re-opening of our offices. Until that time, our offices continue to be closed with some staff working remotely from home.

If you are a PMO, KEY or Non-Key/ Non-Gaming license holder and your license is due to expire in February or March, the Licensing Manager will be in contact with you. Distribution/Pick-up of your renewed license will not occur until just before the Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel resumes operation whenever that date is decided. Notice will be posted here and on the casino's Beekeeper app.

PSAGRC Licensing Department will be issuing renewed Key and Non-Gaming/Non-Key licenses for those who have completed the 2020 renewal process and for those who have been notified by SASCH Human Resources of a title change or transfer to a different position or department.

** Please note that this is only for those SASCH Team Members who have been recalled to work by the Human Resources Department.

DATES & TIMES: October 7,8 and 9 from 9:00 a.m. to 12 Noon each day

PLACE: Downstairs of Tamaya Ventures Building (formerly SSI Building)

ADDRESS: 51 Jemez Canyon Dam Road Bernalillo, NM 87004

Please adhere to the following guidelines:

- A face mask is required to enter the building
- Maintain a 6ft distance between others in queue
- Only the licensee will be permitted to pick up a license
- If you are not felling well, do not come to pick up your license. Contact the Licensing Department to reschedule a different time & date
- Please bring your previously issued license

At this time all PSAGRC Offices are closed for 30 days out of an abundance of caution due to the current situation with the COVID-19 Virus.
All licensing processes have been halted until further notice. If you began the licensing process on or before March 16, 2020, your application process will be continued upon our return.
For those active Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel employees whose licenses show an expiration date between March 16 through April 30, 2020, you may renew your licenses without penalty after PSAGRC offices re-open.

November has been designated as National Native American Heritage Month. As the holiday of Thanksgiving is celebrated, we ask that our Non-Native friends remember the contributions and sacrifices that Native Peoples have made for this great country of ours.

November is National Native American Heritage Month. The National Indian Gaming Commission would like everyone to take this opportunity to celebrate the rich histories, diverse cultures and important contributions of our nation’s first peoples.

PSAGRC offices will re-open on Monday, July 30, 2018.

Thursday July 26th is the annual Feast Day of Saint Anne. This day is a designated tribal holiday and most Santa Ana tribal government offices will be closed, including PSAGRC offices. More particular operational hours for PSAGRC will be posted in the coming days so please stay tuned.

All PSAGRC offices will be closed on Friday, June 29, 2018 for the Pueblo's celebration of St. Peter's Feast Day.

Offices will re-open on Monday, July 2 at 8:00 a.m.

All PSAGRC offices will also be closed on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 in celebration of Independence Day.

Offices will re-open on Thursday, July 5 at 8:00 a.m.

If you have a new gaming license or a renewed gaming license that needs to be picked up, please be aware of these closure dates.
