Lions Club, Berlin Pennsylvania

The Berlin Lions took a trip back in history as Lion Robert Schmucker led them on a tour of the Glade One Room School.

The school, located on the grounds of the Unity UCC Church, was restored by the Berlin Area Historical society. Lion Schmucker, who is also a member of the historical society, told about the history, restoration and the many artifacts that are on display in the school.

Lion John Hartman presented Fire Fighter Mark Harding with the Berlin Lions Club Fireman of the Year at their meeting.
Mark is the son of Ira "Bunk" and Janice Harding and is a life long resident of Berlin.
