Announcement from the Berlin Sewer & Water Utilities:
As required by the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin, rate sheets were included with your June bill. These rate sheets are provided for informational purposes only, and no action is needed on your part. Rates have remained unchanged since May 2024.

Service Delay Notice: Due to several call ins, garbage and recycling pick up service on the East Side of the City may be delayed. The team will be out in full force later today to recover as much as possible. Some recovery may continue Friday morning.

Berlin Sewer & Water Customers:
This month, all customers will receive a paper bill along with our current rate sheet. Yearly Public Fire Protection (PFP) bills will also be mailed during this billing cycle.

Customers enrolled in email billing will continue to receive their bills electronically as usual.

If you are enrolled in ACH payments, your ACH status will appear in two locations on your bill. This is intentional, and no action is required. Your payment will continue to be automatically withdrawn from your account on or around the 25th of each month.

If you would like to enroll in ACH payments, sign up for email billing, or discontinue email billing, please contact our office at 920-361-5404.

Beginning next month, billing will resume through your normal delivery method, either paper or email.

The 2026 Green Lake County Clean Sweep Hazardous Waste & Tire Collection is on Friday August 14, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Green Lake County Fairgrounds/Highway Shop located at 570 South Street in Green Lake, WI.
Online preregistration is required at https://www.greenlakecountywi.gov/clean-sweep.../ Fees may apply.

Chief Pulvermacher, congratulations on your retirement! Your distinguished service to the City of Berlin is a testament to your remarkable character. You will be missed!

After 27 years of service with 6.5 years here in Berlin, Chief Pulvermacher will be retiring! He has made a lasting impact on this young department and helped to shape it into the future.
