Fire Weather Watch in effect from 11 AM to 7 PM today. Strong southerly wind gusts of 30 mph, with locally higher gusts possible. Conditions will be favorable for any fires to quickly spread should any fires start.

A Fire Weather Watch has been issued for tomorrow for possible critical fire weather conditions with relative humidities as low as 20 to 25%, and gusts up to 30 MPH. A Special Weather statement has also been issued for areas not in the watch area for near critical fire weather conditions.

If any fires were to start, the weather and fuel conditions could cause fires to quickly get out of control and be difficult to contain.
