So as a business owner it’s always important to shout out other businesses that do a great job and stand by their customers. I keep stressing to my clients you need solid people and a team in your corner that know what they are looking at. Not every agent is the same, not every wholesale deal works no matter how good the numbers look. If your property looks like this and you are trying to wholesale to a new investor, you are what’s wrong with this industry. Save the BS, everyone needs to do do their due diligence, when a new investor is looking to you to guide them because “YOU” put yourself out there to be a role model,god fearing, and have integrity, this isn’t what you try and sell them.
