E-911 Board Meetings are held quarterly the second Thursday of the month in the Morgan County Operations Center Office (the Dyche-Kidwell Building located next to the Pines Opportunity Center). (March, June, September, December); typically at 1600 HRS (4:00 PM). Copies of meeting agenda should be posted at the Morgan County Courthouse, at least three (3) business days in advance of the meeting.
