Comcast is currently out and the Warm Springs PSD does not currently have internet or phones. Therefore we cannot process any credit card payments or look up account information. The last checked restore time was 4:14pm today.

Also, an update to the online payment issue is to make sure that you are not loading a saved or bookmarked webpage. Please type the address exactly as printed on your bill and select forgot password before logging in. At this time the one time online payment option is not available and you do have to login to make a payment. You may also pay by phone 1-855-868-5743.

It has been brought to our attention that the online payment system is not working properly. A support request has been opened and once this has been resolved an update will be made here and on our website.

Due to the current weather conditions today February 11, 2025 the Warm Springs PSD will be closing at 4:00pm and reopen February 12, 2025 at 9:00am. Any changes will be posted here and on our website.

FULL TIME OFFICE POSITION
Warm Springs Public Service District has an immediate opening for a full time position to assist with public utility office operations: customer service, billing, collecting payments, bookkeeping, Microsoft Office etc. Munibilling billing system and general accounting knowledge is a plus. The Morgan County Commission and the Warm Springs PSD have received a combined State and Federal Economic Development grant to extend wastewater lines nearly two miles south on Valley Road (US 522). A public meeting is being held on August 14, 2024 from 6pm-8pm at the Morgan County Commission Room for interested parties to speak with representatives of the Morgan County Commission, Warm Springs PSD, and the project engineer, Thrasher Engineering.
