Hi, Madison County Kentucky! My name is Randy Hutchins candidate for County Judge Executive. I am a life long resident of Madison County that cares about the community that I live in. There are several matters in our County that need to be examined in order to make changes. As your County Judge Executive I am here to listen to your concerns, ideas, and to proudly serve our County along side our local Government.
