Quotes are requested for the 2026 mowing and trimming season for 2717 Benzie Hwy (US-31), Benzonia.

Submissions must include a per time rate and must be insured.

This is the detour for the Interlochen Corners road construction project. Deputies monitoring the roads in the area have noticed that a lot of motorists are cutting through private parking lots to get around this construction. This is not only a violation of the vehicle code, but could be dangerous for motorists and pedestrians in the parking lots. Please use the detour instead.

Benzonia Township invites qualified attorneys or law firms licensed to practice in the State of Michigan to submit proposals to provide professional legal services. The Township seeks experienced municipal legal counsel to advise the Township Board, officials, employees, and appointed boards and commissions.

The new Benzonia Township Hall @ 2717 Benzie Hwy, Benzonia is open for community members who need a location to warm up, charge phones, regroup, and wait out, while energy response crews continue to service our area.

Their hours of operation for today 12.30.2025 is 11am to 8pm.

Please bring personal items you may need for self care (such as hygiene items, personal medial equipment, snacks, beverages, phone chargers, maybe a deck of cards).

Please park in front to avoid blocking fire and rescue trucks.

This location is not an overnight shelter - this is a warming location available to any community member who needs a place to go today during the extended power outage in the area.

Please check on your neighbors and let community members know this is a safe place to warm up if needed.
