Though sometimes what can be more meaningful than the “who”, is the “why”.

My opponent admits to breaking the law. Full story here, and some quotes below about her ethics violation… “Smith did not file the report due Feb. 20.”
“Smith, when contacted by the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, acknowledged the mistake.”
“It's the first time she's missed a deadline on a financial report…”
“Smith… has also run unsuccessful campaigns for Rogers mayor in 2016 and Rogers City Council in 2012 and 2014.”

BENTONVILLE -- Austin McCollum has spent more than twice what his opponent, Carrie Perrien Smith, has spent in the race for the Republican nomination for Benton County judge since Jan. 1, according to campaign finance forms filed this week.
