Bentonville Public Library— https://bentonvillelibrary.org/kids/summerreading
Summer Reading Club is back, and this year we're challenged to Unearth a Story!!!
From June 1 to July 31, we invite you to dig in to a good book, uncover hidden stories, explore the past, and discover the joy that reading brings! Throughout the summer, we'll also have decorations, programs, and other exciting features designed to inspire and engage readers.

Starting in May, you can register for the Summer Reading Club several ways:

visit BPL's Beanstack page
download and register on the free Beanstack app for Apple or Android
visit Bentonville Public Library's Children's Services desk
Beginning June 1, log your reading on Beanstack, on a full-color paper tracker you can request at the Children's Services desk, or download your own tracker to print.
Turn in your hours to the Children's Services desk. For every three hours you read (up to 12 hours), you'll get to pick a prize from the treasure chest (while supplies last).
Log hours in Beanstack every week to be eligible for weekly prize drawings. Any child who has logged minutes in Beanstack during the week of the drawing will be eligible to win.
Complete and turn in 15 hours of reading to receive a certificate for a FREE BOOK from Read It Again Bookstore and an entry into a grand prize drawing. Receive an extra entry into the grand prize drawing for each additional 3 hours past the 15 hours that you read.
Read at least 15 hours to be entered into the grand prize drawings! And remember, all reading counts - newspapers, magazines, audiobooks, reading to your kids, cereal boxes, whatever!

Get the whole family involved! Adults and teens have their own challenges (and reading to kids counts)!

Important dates:

Monday, June 1st- First day to log reading
Friday, July 31st - Last day to log reading and pick up prizes
Monday, August 3rd- Grand prize drawings for all ages

I know the survey is a bit longer than usual, but after a few years, it feels like the right time to reflect on our program and look for ways to grow and improve. You do not have t...
