If you have any unused or expired prescription medications, you can drop them off on the Main Street side of the courthouse between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Saline County first responders are now officially on the Arkansas Wireless Information Network (AWIN)! Completed with Motorola Solutions and Saline County Emergency Management, this upgrade ensures dependable, county-wide communication when it matters most.

🚨 Warming Center Extended | Volunteers Urgently Needed 🚨

Due to an extended forecast of sustained subfreezing temperatures, the Saline County Community Warming Center has been extended through Monday, February 2, at 10:00 a.m.
Previously, the center was scheduled to close on Thursday, January 29.

With these additional days of operation, there is an urgent need for volunteers to help cover a variety of shifts—including overnight shifts beginning at midnight tonight.

A huge thank you to all the volunteers who have helped keep the facility clean, ensure supplies are stocked, and—most importantly—take time to visit with and care for residents.

📢It was shared during the last Intergovernmental Council meeting that ANY Saline County Resident can sign-up to receive alerts through the CodeRED alert system provided by the Saline County Office of Emergency Management.

In addition to weather alerts, you can opt in for alerts to Saline County, Benton, or Bryant Special Events, along with important deadlines.

If you haven’t been to Salt Box Farm since they started serving up breakfast, you should give them a shot. The biscuits & gravy alone are worth the trip to the farm but they have several other items to try. It’s a great day to get out and support local business.
