Tomorrow is the deadline to subscribe for fresh, delicious local produce boxes through the Berrien Community Foundation in support of the Nutrition Exchange of Southwest Michigan!

Every subscription helps provide fresh produce to local food pantries and senior meal programs throughout our community. When you feed your family with healthy, locally grown food, you’re also helping neighbors and older adults eat well too. You eat well, and they eat well. 🍅🥬❤️
Please consider ordering your subscription today and help strengthen food access across Southwest Michigan!

Berrien Community Foundation is teaming up with the Nutrition Exchange of Southwest Michigan to launch the For Good Produce Project — a fresh, feel‑good way to support local farmers and Berrien County food pantries while enjoying farm-fresh produce at home! Eat well and help food pantries! 🥕🥰

Southwest Michigan Residents - Share Your Thoughts on Local Food Access

United Way of Southwest Michigan, Be Healthy Berrien, and regional partners are gathering community input to explore whether a year-round local food market at the Benton Harbor Fruit Market could improve access to fresh, local food across the region.

We’re inviting community members to complete a short survey about grocery shopping, food access, and fresh produce in Southwest Michigan.

Your input will help shape what comes next! To take the survey, visit: https://newventureadvisors.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_eyUhJBC7e3d6SqO

What a wonderful way to start a Friday! Thank you to the Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber for this meaningful recognition. We are truly honored to be acknowledged alongside so many dedicated organizations working every day to strengthen our community.

Our work does not happen in isolation. It is made possible by the compassion and commitment of our staff and volunteers, the collaboration of our community partners, and the trust of those who invest in our mission. Together, we ensure that older adults not only receive nourishing meals, but also experience connection, dignity, and care—one delivery, one visit, one relationship at a time.
