Yesterday, borough police apprehended another wanted fugitive. Bentleyville police arrested a 17-year-old male in the 300 block of Old West Road. The accused was wanted on numerous conspiracy charges including criminal homicide, robbery, aggravated assault, criminal mischief, recklessly endangering another person and possession of firearm by a minor. The accused was transported back to Fayette County on his felony warrants.

Wednesday, borough police working with Trooper Piscitelli of the Pennsylvania State Police apprehended another wanted fugitive. Bentleyville Police arrested 36-year-old Gavin Pager outside a residence following a tip. Pager was apprehended as he ran from an apartment in the 100 block of Main Street, Bentleyville Borough. Pager had multiple bench warrants for violation of probation on charges which included possession of a controlled substance and flight to avoid apprehension. Additionally, Pager had a bench warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Pager was transported and lodged in the Washington County Jail on his warrants. Pager will receive a summons for an additional charge of flight to avoid apprehension being filed by borough police.

We need your help... Bentleyville Police have multiple arrest warrants for 37-year-old Brianne Dean. Dean is wanted on 26 outstanding warrants out of Washington and Allegheny Counties. Dean's charges include retail theft, carrying false identification, disorderly conduct, driving while license is suspended, operating a vehicle without insurance and operating a vehicle while the registration is suspended. Additionally, Dean has traffic and non-traffic warrants for failure to appear in court, failure to pay fines, failure to respond to citations and undeliverable summons.
