Today (9-11-26) marks 25 years since more than 2,900 people were killed in the attacks of September 11, 2001 at the World Trade Center in New York City, the Pentagon in Washington D.C., and in a field near Shanksville, PA.

We honor the memories of those lost on that fateful day and we reflect on the enormous impact felt across the United States. Today is also a time for reflection on a local level as we are reminded of the brave men and women in our own states, counties, cities, and towns that allow us to maintain our lives by putting their own on the line everyday.

We remember 9/11 and we also honor our military, police, fire, EMS, and all first-responders nationwide. 🇺🇸

🫏📖 Don't miss the Mary Duncan Public Library's special Mule Days Story Time this Saturday (9-12-26) at 10:30am! The library crew has some fun stories and crafts planned!

Wednesday's Craft Time (9-9-26) was all about "kindness rocks" — little rocks painted with positive messages. The kids made more than 100 of them this week to take home (and you'll probably spot them hidden all over town so keep an eye out)!

🎟️ Tickets are $20 in person and $21 online (you do not have to be present during the drawing to win).
