✨Staff Spotlight✨Program Manager

Kelley’s Big Brothers Big Sisters journey began in 2002 as a Little Sister, giving her firsthand experience with the power of mentorship. Inspired by that experience, she became the first in her family to earn a college degree, receiving a Bachelor’s in Child Development and a Master’s in Social Work. After starting her BBBS career as a high school intern and working with three different agencies, Kelley joined Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Oregon in 2021 and now serves as our Program Manager.

Kelley’s favorite part of her role is leading and working alongside a passionate team dedicated to supporting local youth and families. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and searching for Bigfoot across the Pacific Northwest with her husband. We’re grateful for the compassion, leadership, and laughter she brings to BBBSCO every day! 💚

Staff Spotlight ✨

Elysia has been part of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Oregon for more than 11 years and currently serves as the Federal Reporting and Grants Manager. Over the years, she has stepped into nearly every role needed to support the organization, including enrollment, match support, program management, grant writing, and federal reporting. Her work now focuses on grant strategy and securing funding that strengthens mentoring services across Central Oregon, helping drive significant growth in organizational grant funding in recent years.

While she is proud of the organization’s growth, the relationships built through mentoring remain the most meaningful part of her work. Having watched many mentoring matches stay together for years, she has seen firsthand the lasting impact those relationships have on both Littles and Bigs. Elysia believes there are already plenty of voices in the world telling kids what they cannot do, and she is passionate about being part of an organization that reminds them they can.

🎓 Big Futures Start Here - This graduation season, we’re celebrating the adults who help young people achieve their goals and inviting you to become that person for a child in our community.

Right now, 75 youth in Central Oregon are waiting for a mentor, with the greatest need in La Pine and Redmond. Could you spend a few hours a month helping a child build confidence and achieve their dreams? Learn more at bbbsco.org.

This weekend we celebrate 6 incredible Littles as they walk across the stage and on to the next chapter! We are so proud of all of our high school graduates. 💚🖤

A BIG thank you to and Greg Thomason of our Advisory Council for sponsoring our 2026 Grad Picnic on June 30th! We are excited to celebrate our graduates 💚 All Bigs, Littles & Families are invited.

And we couldn’t send our graduates off without ensuring they are prepared. A BIG thank you to for donating $6,445 this quarter to help us purchase brand new laptops of all of our graduates and supporting our Big Futures program!

It truly takes a village and we are thankful for ours!

At Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Oregon, we know that mentoring changes the trajectory of a child’s life. Through friendship, encouragement, and consistency, our Bigs help young people build confidence, discover their potential, and create Big Futures.

Welcome to our new weekly series celebrating the amazing people behind Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Oregon.The passionate staff who show up every day to create life-changing connections for local youth.

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Jenn Davis, Program Director for BBBSCO, a program of J Bar J Youth Services. Jenn joined the team in January 2022, and since then has helped lead incredible growth across the program. From expanding the team and serving more matches, moving to the new 20 acre campus, and increasing community support and funding for mentorship opportunities.

In 2025, Jenn joined the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America Nationwide Leadership Council and has helped guide the team to earn prestigious program awards over the past four years.

But if you ask Jenn what she’s most proud of, it’s the people she gets to work alongside every day. She is constantly inspired by the heart, dedication, and care the BBBS staff pour into supporting Bigs, Littles, and families across Central Oregon. 💚
