Duval GCD took time to support our local Texas A&M Agrilife office to participate in their annual Deer Clinic. Their were many speakers from different organizations that spoke about deer nutrition, quail harvesting, and other great information for South Texas wildlife.

Multiple meeting were held this week at the Duval GCD office including the Nueces River Authority Flood Road Trip Meeting. Many South Texas entities such as Benavides ISD, Freer FWIC, Jim Wells Judge, Brush County GCD and many more attended to discuss flood zone and possible grant offered. Many of theses grant help our local and county offices improve flood zones that affect citizen within their counties.
