🚀✨ Innovation is rolling into the classroom at Belton Middle School!

Congratulations to Michelle Titsworth, Bryan Wasek, and Todd Berck for receiving a Belton Educational Foundation Grant for their project, Empowering Young Innovators Through Ozobot Learning!

Thanks to this grant, 8th grade science students will use Ozobots (small programmable robots) to explore motion, forces, energy, friction, and Newton’s Laws through hands-on STEM learning. Students will code, experiment, collect data, and problem-solve while bringing physical science concepts to life in exciting new ways. 🤖⚡📊

5th-grade teacher Kelley Wiser from Mill Creek Upper Elementary School was awarded $1,987.00 to integrate 3D printing in her 5th-grade classroom!

"This project introduces 3D printing technology into the 5th-grade classroom, giving students hands-on opportunities to explore design, engineering, problem-solving, and STEM concepts through real-world applications and classroom projects."

This last week, the Belton Educational Foundation team hit the road to celebrate the incredible staff of the Belton School District #124! From every BSD school to Central Office, Maintenance, and Tech — we had so much fun personally delivering appreciation gifts to the people who help make our district amazing every single day. ✨
