Our Hoctilc Belton office has moved. We are now located at 5709 S 31st Street, Suite 110, Temple, TX 76502. We have our same phone number - 254-933-7487. Unfortunately we do not have our phones and internet working at our new office. If you are in need of services please email [email protected] and someone will return your call via one of our work cell phones.

It’s that time of year again for the Bell County Committee for People for Disabilities Annual Rusty Awards! Rusty Morales was the son of Judy Morales, our Committee Treasurer. Each year we celebrate him with the annual Rusty Awards. Rusty acquired his disability from a motorcycle accident. His new disability did not stop him. He along with Judy strived to make changes in the City of Temple to include better accessibility downtown and the creation of the Temple Mayor’s Committee, today known as the Bell County Committee for People with Disabilities. The Rusty Awards are a celebration of individuals with disabilities doing great things in and for our Bell County Community and people serving the needs of individuals with disabilities in Bell County. Thank you Texas Ramp Project for completing this fantastic ramp for one of our consumers! A special thank you to the team leader, Royce Winkler, and all the volunteer with Immanuel Lutheran Ministries. Now his house is fully accessible for him to navigate in and out of the house on his own!
