Thank you Lorrie Pike for your donation towards getting a box of apples for the animals at the sanctuary! We made a trip today to Granddad's Apple Orchard 🍎. One box was donated from the apple orchard too. So thanks so much for the support! Best place to go get your apples from. We will be making one more trip middle of October for a couple more boxes of apples and pumpkin for the Sanctuary!🍎

I am going tomorrow to Grand dads apple orchard to get a couple of cases of apples for the Nonreleasable deer and the tortoises as a moderate each case coast $17.00 each if anyone would like to help out on any amount! We also get greens too. It would be greatly appreciated. Our funds are really low at this time any amount would help out. Don't forget we are 501c3 nonprofit!

Buddy, Fath, Kevin, Harley Quinn! This is just a extra safety step on keeping them safe if they do escape! They are very good at escaping. I personally have never had one yet to escape. There's always a first-time. I just want to be prepared just incase.🐢

Got the next to bigger tortoises they are around the size of a basketball tjey ll got a good soak today. So they hood and hydrated and not so dusty. It's been so dry this summer. Eveyone has had a good clean and soak, and nail trim. All there shells are starting to look better. Remember these are all rescue tortoises.

Urgent need!
We are reaching out to all of our supporters ,we really need 3 sets of these Air tags for all the bigger and medium size tortoises to make sure they don't go mission in action! We just would feel much better knowing we can track them if they where to escape! We have lots of woods around us so it's going be hard to find them if they were to escape.
So many people have been loosing their tortoises lately! Please consider contributing towards buying a set. They are on sale right now to even better.

Another round of a warm soak for the tortoises that are a little older than the ones from yesterday! They all enjoyed a fresh clean warm soak to keep them hydrated and get some of that dust off of them, plus they all got a good nail trim today! They are all back outside in there enclosure enjoying some fresh sunshine. They are very happy, hydrated, and of course clean.
