💙 United Way Blackhawk Region Day of Caring at Family Promise!

Today, we were grateful to welcome ABC Supply Co.’s Magnificent 7 to Family Promise of Greater Beloit as part of the United Way Blackhawk Region Day of Caring!

This amazing team rolled up their sleeves and helped spruce up our shelter, giving their time, energy, and talents to make our space even more welcoming for the families we serve.

**A Comfortable Night Can Make a Difference**

When a family enters shelter, they often arrive with very little. While we work to help our guests secure safe housing, employment, financial stability, and a path toward independence, it’s also important that they have the small essentials that make them feel comfortable, cared for, and at home.

One of those essentials is something many of us may take for granted: Clean, comfortable bed linens.

A good night’s rest can help a parent wake up refreshed and ready to tackle the day ahead!

Family Promise of Greater Beloit is currently seeking donations of new bed linens and dry towels for our shelter program.

We are especially in need of:
• Twin-size sheet sets
• Pillowcases
• Blankets and comforters
• Pillows

Your donation may seem like a small thing, but to a family experiencing homelessness, it can provide a sense of **comfort, dignity, and normalcy during a difficult season.**

Help us make sure every family we serve has more than just a place to sleep. **Help us give them a comfortable place to rest, recharge, and prepare for a better tomorrow.**

If you would like to donate bed linens to Family Promise of Greater Beloit please drop items off at 1006 Bluff Street.

Our Annual Golf Outing was a wonderful day filled with great weather, good friends, lots of laughs, and incredible community support!

Family Promise of Greater Beloit was excited to join the Summer Send Off, hosted by the Boys & Girls Club, on Saturday, August 22! ☀️🎒

It was a wonderful day of connecting with families, sharing resources, and celebrating our community as students prepare for a new school year.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this that bring local organizations and families together. Thank you to the Boys & Girls Club for hosting such a fun and meaningful event and for all you do to support children and families in our community! 💙
