Thank you for your support on our post earlier today.

We have fully qualified firefighters (per states standards) that are not being reinstated.

The best way that you all can help us is by showing up to the town Mayor and Council meeting this Tuesday April 30th @6:30.

If we do not receive a response by then our members will be attending to face the town.

Remember we volunteer our time for nothing in return we just would like to be treated fairly.

Again, we thank you all for your support and look forward to seeing you Tuesday night and serving you for another 135 years.

🚨 Attention Belmar Residents 🚨

The National weather service is predicting 3 inches of rain from later today into tomorrow morning with high winds up to 60 MPH.
Flooding and power outages are expected throughout both towns. DPW Crews are working diligently preparing for the storm.

Please prepare your properties by securing loose items that may blow around in heavy winds. We are recommending that you ensure your basement pumps are working properly and that you have flashlights and batteries available.

Please contact First Energy directly to report an outage at 1-888-LIGHTSS (1-888-544-4877).

If you have an emergency, dial 911 or call the Belmar Police Department at 732-681-1700.
