Bellville First Grade went on their annual field trip to the ECO Center in Caledonia, OH!

Since 2014 ECO Center has focused on providing a safe and educational outdoor experience to our community and their families. Their goals are to connect members of our community, provide a gathering place for celebrations and special events and to educate children outdoors. ECO programs and events focus on science, exploration, friendship, family, and a healthy and sustainable relationship with our Earth.

The graduation ceremony will take place inside the high school building today. Unfortunately, we need a 5 to 6 hour window to set up, hold the ceremony, and tear down without rain. We do not believe that is a possibility with the current weather forecast. The doors will open at 12:30 p.m. and the ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m. No tickets are needed and all are welcome.

On May 11, the High School Spanish Club visited McFarland's Llama Farm to learn all about llamas and alpacas!

Students had the opportunity to lead llamas, learn how fleece is spun from llamas and alpacas, and spend time with some very curious furry friends. By the end of the trip, a few students may have been ready to add a llama to their Christmas list… and their parents are probably saying “absolutamente no.”
