Bellona held their annual banquet last night at the Benton Fire Dept.

5 years of service to Jordan Martin
10 years of service to Lewis Martin
35 years of service to Jeff Parker
45 years of service to Mike Alexander

The Gus Curtiss Annual Achievement Award was presented to Steve Zimmerman.

The firefighter of the year award was presented to Jeremy Martin.

Brisket and pulled pork buffet dinner was made by Smokin Petes Barbecue. (A huge hit!)

A special thank you to Steve Zimmerman’s family for making all of the wonderful sides and another huge thank you to all of the “kids” who helped in the kitchen and served the food!

Another special thank you to Doug and Sheila Burt who graciously donated the wine to have with dinner.

We are so fortunate to live in the community we do!

Paul was one of our current fire commissioners. He will certainly be missed. We ask that you keep his entire family in your thoughts and prayers and we thank them for sharing Paul with us for so many years! Rest easy now Paul.
