💔 Walmart Wally update…💔

Nobody has come for this sweet boy yet.
The goofy little guy we joked about wandering off from his “shift at Walmart” isn’t laughing anymore. Wally spends most of his day curled up on his blanket inside his kennel, barely wanting to come out. He’s quiet. Sad. Confused. Every time footsteps pass, he looks up hoping maybe…just maybe…his person finally came back for him. And then he lays his head back down. This dog absolutely belongs to someone. You can tell by the way he watches the kennel door. By the way he wants comfort more than treats. By the way his heart seems a little broken right now. Somewhere, somebody is missing this boy…or maybe doesn’t even know where to start looking. Please share Walmart Wally. Let’s get this baby out of the kennel and back where he belongs. He doesn’t need another night wondering why nobody has come for him yet. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

🚨 Attention Shoppers!🚨

Move over Home Depot Hutch and Sam’s Club Steve…there’s a new retail representative in town! 🐾😂

This young male pup was found hanging around Walmart looking confused about his shift assignment. He’s wearing a black harness and it appears he may have broken free from a tether/leash setup. Unfortunately, he does not have a microchip, so we’re trying to track down his family the old fashioned way — with the power of Facebook and nosey neighbors. He’s young, handsome, and currently accepting applications for:

✔️ Professional Treat Tester
✔️ Cart Greeter
✔️ Emotional Support Stock Boy

Right now he’s safe, but we KNOW this little guy likely belongs to someone and is probably being missed. If he looks familiar, please contact Animal Control so we can get Walmart Willie (working title 😅) back home where he belongs. 🖤🐶

🚨 FOUND HEELER 🚨

Well folks…first we had Home Depot Hutch, and now apparently we’ve got Sam’s Club Steve clocking in for his shift. 😭 What is going on with all these dogs getting second jobs lately?!
This handsome heeler was found wandering the Sam’s Club parking lot by a very caring citizen who made sure he got somewhere safe. He was wearing a faded red collar with a chain hooked to it, and while he’s pretty laid back, you can tell he’s nervous, scared, and very unsure about why he suddenly ended up out on his own. He’s been sweet with staff, just giving those “I swear I had a family five minutes ago” eyes that hit you right in the heart. Heelers are tough little working dogs, but even the tough guys get scared when they don’t know where home is. We KNOW somebody is missing this boy. Maybe he slipped out looking for overtime after hearing about Hutch’s promotion package. 🛒🐾 Please share so we can get this sweet guy back where he belongs — on a couch, not on the retail circuit. Iliana the Boston Terrier has apparently decided she’s auditioning for Prison Break and busted out from her yard on Gram Ln 😩💔 Her family believes she may have dug her way under the privacy fence, and they have been searching NONSTOP for hours trying to find their girl. They are absolutely heartbroken right now and just want her back where she belongs. Iliana may be a little unsure of strangers, so if you see her, think “gentle friend,” not “NFL linebacker.” Slow movements, soft voice, and please don’t chase her.

👀 If you spot her:
📞 Call Animal Control right away so they can help safely secure her and get her reunited with her people. Let’s do what this community does best and bring Iliana home where she is clearly missed more than anything. 💕🐶

Chad the Home Depot Husky has officially clocked out and started his new career as Home Depot Hutch 🧡 Rumor has it he’s already settling in nicely with his new family and is doing great—though we’re pretty sure he’s still waiting on management to issue his updated name tag. 🏷️ Thank you to everyone who followed his story and helped us get him where he belongs. Hutch is home. 🏡

🚨 Community Update – We Need Your Help 🚨

Animal Control is actively working alongside rescue partners to safely secure two dogs that have been frequently seen traveling together throughout the community. Many of you have spotted them over the past several months—and we want you to know, they have not gone unseen! Efforts to bring them to safety have been ongoing but these two are extremely skittish and very difficult to catch! Here’s the hard truth: our biggest challenge right now is that food is not a strong enough motivator for trapping! These pups are being fed DAILY by well-meaning individuals and nearby fast food establishments. We completely understand the compassion behind that—we truly do ❤️ We do what we do because we love animals so we totally get it! But in order for us to establish a consistent feeding location and humanely trap them, they need to rely on that controlled food source. Right now, the moment they see an Animal Control truck, they take off running. They are familiar with us, and their fear response is strong. This creates a very real danger—not just for them, but for drivers—as they have already come dangerously close to running into traffic multiple times.

Please know:
✔️ They are being actively tracked
✔️ Efforts to secure them are ongoing daily in both Bellmead and Lacy Lakeview
✔️ We are working carefully and strategically with rescue groups to avoid causing further fear or danger!

🙏 What we need from you:
As difficult as it is, please do not feed them! This is the most critical step in helping us bring them to safety.

We all want the same outcome—these dogs safe, off the streets, and given a chance at a better life. With your cooperation, we can make that happen. Thank you for caring, and thank you for helping us help them. 🐾❤️❤️

🚨🐾 CHAD UPDATE 🐾🚨

Chad the “Home Depot Husky” has officially clocked out of kennel life and took his FREEDOM RIDE this morning! 🎉 He was adopted by friends of one of our Bellmead Fire Department Lieutenants, and we couldn’t be more grateful. This is exactly what it looks like when a community steps up—connections are made, lives are changed, and a deserving dog gets the happy ending he’s been waiting for. Thank you to everyone who shared, cared, and showed up. THIS is why community matters. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

🚨 UPDATE: “CHAD” THE HOME DEPOT HUSKY IS STILL CLOCKED IN… BUT HIS SHIFT IS RUNNING OUT 🚨

Okay y’all… remember our handsome “employee of the month” Husky who was found hanging out at Home Depot like he was about to help someone locate aisle 12? Yeah… that guy. Well, the officers have officially named him Chad (because of course they did), and unfortunately… Chad is still unclaimed. 💔 And here’s the thing—this isn’t a “feral freeloading husky” situation. This boy is well-kept, well-mannered, and clearly someone’s pride and joy. He didn’t just wander out of the wilderness… he wandered out of a home. Now Chad has been trying to stay professional about his current “housing situation,” but the kennel life is starting to get to him. The fluorescent lighting? Not his vibe. The lack of snack breaks? Unacceptable. The absence of Animal Planet? A human rights violation, honestly.Let’s be real—This man is gainfully employable:

• Knows his way around a “yard” (clearly landscaping qualified 🌿)
• Already experienced in customer service at Home Depot
• Will absolutely supervise any home improvement project while contributing emotional support
• 10/10 would split rent and utilities (especially if it includes couch time and Animal Planet 📺)

But jokes aside… this is where it gets serious.

👉 Chad is starting to show signs of kennel stress.
👉 He needs OUT—either back home or into a foster ASAP.

We KNOW someone is missing him. And if, for whatever reason, they can’t come forward… then we need someone to step up and give him a safe, calm place to land while we find his forever situation.

He gave us nothing but sweetness. No aggression. Just a calm, confused boy trying to figure out why his shift turned into an overnight stay.

This husky was found browsing the aisles like he had a full DIY project planned… unfortunately, he forgot to bring his owner 😅 He has on a gray harness (no chip) He is Super sweet & calm (yes… we double checked, he IS a husky) He hopped into the patrol car like it was his Uber 🚔 We’re guessing he was:🔧 Looking for tools to upgrade his escape skills🪵 Pricing lumber for his next breakout 💔 All jokes aside—this boy belongs to someone, and we need to get him home ASAP!
