The Safe Routes program with Mountain Rides is supported by Idaho Transportation Department and the Transportation Alternatives Program, as well as its local and regional partners.

Our mission is to support and expand safe, active, and public transportation routes for the youth of the Wood River Valley.

In unity with our community, we work towards the vision that all people in the Wood River Valley are connected by a safe and integrated network of walking, biking, and bus routes.
