I don't know why this hasn't received more publicity, but this fifty-foot sculpture was unveiled recently in South Dakota.
It's called 'Dignity' and was done by artist Dale Lamphere to honor the women of the Sioux Nation.

Our Valedictorian Thomas Lloyd Farquhar . . . exemplifies our class . . . the Class of 1965 . . . the biggest and best and LAST FULL Class to ever graduate Belleville Township High School at 2300 West Main St. Then the campus became Lindenwood Belleville - a great college and boon to the economy of Belleville . . . with a student body of mostly international students . . . sadly now tied to the phone number 618-233-6810 because the City of Belleville is using the campus to train for school shooters if you can believe (and know about the tunnels . . . 😍) Who can tells us what other entities are using the campus today? What would our valedictorian have to saw about all this? Tom Farquhar was one highly intelligent student and a brilliant addition to the business world. RIP!
