Prior to Friday's Varsity Football game vs. Penns Valley we will take a few minutes to honor our current and former military personnel. Todd Warner has been working on this and I know he will have a great presentation. Please let any Veteran or current military member know that they and a guest can have free admission to the game. If the community can make it out for this event there will be many speakers, memorabilia of Jonas Panik’s, Alpha and Undine fire company ladder trucks, music, Centre County Veterans’ Affairs’ office will be there and an honor guard, taps, and a bag piper will be there and much more. Hope everyone will come out to honor Jonas Panik’s life that was taken at the Pentagon on the tragic day on September 11, 2001.

Please join our office as we attend the ceremony at Haky-Georgiana Funeral Home to honor and remember those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, as we commemorate the 25th Anniversary.

The ceremony will also include a video montage honoring Jonas Panik, a Bellefonte native who lost his life at the Pentagon on September 11th.
