Our first annual Trunk or Treat was a success! Twenty four kids along with their parents came to join the fun.
The kids had to walk the plank at the pirate trunk, spin the twister wheel at the next trunk, then visited a farm followed by Charlie Brown and his Great Pumpkin and finally to Gotham City and Batman.
They got to make witches brew, make a Halloween picture frame craft, decorate a pumpkin and pick ducks to win prizes.
Hot dogs, chips, cupcakes, cookies and cider were available.
A BIG shout out to our trunkers! Joel Berger was our Pirate, Rachel Rachel Nill Berger our Twister, Wanda Gerhab brought the farm,
Tara Lahre (with the help of Scott Colpetzer)had the Great Pumpkin on site, and Sally McClintic Wetzel with Tor Michaels-Show as Batman brought Gotham City to life.
We also have to thank our Witches Brew/food creator Mary Ann Shultz and our games/pumpkin decorator/bubble blower Ina Reed.
I know the kids had a great time, but truth be told, the workers had a better time! We can't wait to do it again next year!
