Logan Acres Care Center provides all private rooms, including rooms for the Homeward Bound Rehab-to-Home Program to enhance the quality of our residents’ lives. The Homestead at Logan Acres, our Apartment Living with Assistance offers spacious one and two bedroom apartments for seniors who are looking for a comfortable place to call home in a beautiful rural setting. ce offers seniors the assurance of just the right amount of daily assistance, while preserving their independence, privacy and dignity. Meals, housekeeping, medication administration and assistance with bathing and dressing will be available as needed, with services tailored to each resident’s needs.
