Today marks the last shift for Shannon Reames at Robinaugh EMS. Shannon has been with us for 26 years both full and part time and has done thousand of calls over the years. He retired from the fire service at Bellefontaine Fire Department in 2024 but has remained here until today. We wish him well and thank him for all he has done for us over these years. He will always be part of our family.

Early this morning one of our units transporting a patient to a Lima hospital was struck by another vehicle who went left of center striking our unit head-on and causing it to roll. Both crew members sustained non-life threatening injuries and were transported to Lima hospitals as well as the patient they were transporting. The other driver was flown from the scene. Please keep our teams as well as the patient in your thoughts and prayers.
