Life Saving Award Presented!
Tonight at the Belle Fourche City Council meeting, Mayor Schmidt and Chief Cherveny proudly presented Corporal Schmeltzer and Officer Merchen with the Life Saving Award.
Their quick thinking, decisive actions, and professional training and performing CPR and rapidly deploying our AED, saved the life of an unresponsive individual.
