Tucker Hughes, Mason Nehl and Jory Olsen won the SkillsUSA team welding fabrication competition at state level. This qualified them to complete at the SkillsUSA national level competition.
These three young men represented both Belle Fourche School and the state of South Dakota very well.
They ended up 22nd in the nation.

Congratulations to the Bronc Bird Busters from the State Tournament on May 30 and June 5-8!

The S***t team won their 4th-straight state championship with a team total of 462/500.
The Trap team, who won the state championship with a team score of 480/500. The Novice squad earned 3rd place in their division.
The 5 Stand team, who won their 2nd straight state championship last weekend in Ft Pierre, with a team total of 391.
Nathan Bowers won High Varsity Male and High Overall at S***t with a score of 96.
Clay Whitehead (Sturgis) won High JV Male at 5 Stand with an 83, Tacen Carr took 2nd Varsity Male with an 82, and Sawyer Leitner took 1st Novice male with a 66.
