With a late addition to EMS week, Tonight the members, and their familes, of BMRT Ambulance District held their Annual appreciation dinner. We also celebrated 5 years as a Career EMS Agency with all members recieving a commerative coin.
The members of BMRT strive to provide exceptional care to every patient, every day.

The BMRT Squad Association is always a proud Supporter of the Belle Center Fireworks.

Tonight we're are at the Reverse Raffle at the Hardin County Fairgrounds.

And then we'll see everyone on the 4th at the Best Fireworks in Logan County at the Memorial Park in Belle Center

Group Spotlight today. Chief Andrew Roy , Paramedic Robert Beatty, and FF/EMT Cody Dickinson were recognized at St Rita's EMS Awards Banquet for their Outstanding Care for a Stroke patient.

Patient presented with severe stroke symptoms, and was transported emergently to St Rita's for comprehensive stroke care. Patient has regained many faculties, and returned home.

Stop on by next weekend while hitting the Belle Center Memorial Weekend Yard Sales.

Saturday 10a-2p BMRT will be selling Hotdogs, chips, and drinks outside the Station.

We had a blast last year, so we figured we'd bring it back.

Meet BMRTs newest Full Time Employee Amy McElfresh. She joined BMRT in Dec of 2024, after obtaining her EMT Basic Certification, and also works at BKP Ambulance District.

While she herself is new(ish) to the field, her family ties to the First Responder World are deep, as both her parents work in EMS and the Fire Service.

We are proud to have her, and start Amy on the path of a long and successful career!

Our Spotlight today features FFII/EMT Jason Johns. Jason was one of the first batch of Full-Time employees with BMRT Ambulance District, after having served as a volunteer since before reliable records were kept.

Jason has been a main stay of BMRT for decades, and we are glad to Celebrate him.

Jason also has long served the community as a Firefighter with the Richland Township Volunteer Fire Department, and was appointed as their Chief last year.

Our first Spotlight of the week is a double. Heather Heilman and Charla Blair recently earned their Advance EMT certificates through Apollo Career Center. We are very proud to have these two dedicated ladies who spent several months of intensive training, to better serve our community.
