Summer Reading Program KICK OFF EVENT: JOEL’S JURASSIC MAGIC SHOW ASSEMBLY

Dinosaur-themed books of all sorts are brought to life with amazing magic, wacky stunts, and lots of audience participation.

We’re kicking off our Unearth a Story Summer Reading Program with something magical and wonderful — a special visit from Joel’s Jurassic Magic Show! Bring the whole family and discover the coming of an adventure-packed summer full of reading, exploring, and imagination.

Volunteer extraordinaire, Bob Holtzmann, is gearing up for one of the library's least glamorous — but most appreciated — jobs: window washing! Monday, June 8th at 10AM

We're looking for a few cheerful helpers willing to join Bob for an hour or two of suds, squeegees, and sparkling results. No professional experience required — if you can reach a window and enjoy good company, you're qualified.

Our library windows have survived another Michigan season of fingerprints, dust, pollen, and whatever it is birds think they're contributing. It's time to let the sunshine back in!

If you'd be willing to lend a hand, please let us know. Many hands make light work... and possibly fewer streaks.

Please feel free to pass along this exciting invitation to anyone else who might enjoy an afternoon of community service, fresh air, and surprisingly satisfying squeegee work.

The Antrim 0-6 workgroup is planning the Summer Safety Kick-Off event again this summer at Richardi Park on June 10th from 2-6 PM. Families can fill out the QR code to RSVP for a free lifejacket and helmet.
