Heads up, Greenway users: Cyclists and pedestrians must follow the marked detour routes during The City of Bentonville Arkansas Little Sugar Creek restoration project. This is for everyone's safety. We know this project is not in our city limits, but those traveling that part of the Greenway are either coming from or going to Bella Vista, and we want you to arrive safely wherever you are headed.

The Little Sugar Creek Restoration Project has begun. As of yesterday, the detour for the Razorback Greenway through this area is now open. Please respect the work zone and follow all posted detour signage for your safety and the safety of construction crews. Thank you for your patience as we complete these important improvements.

The state of Arkansas' very first chairlift-served bike park is open - right here in Bella Vista! The OZ Trails Bike Park celebrated its grand opening this morning, with opening remarks from General Manager Gary Vernon, Mayor John Flynn, Tom Walton, and Arkansas First Gentleman Bryan Sanders.

Walton said an investment such as this in the community means "more people in nature and less people on screens," to which Sanders echoed "when you invest in outdoor recreation and quality of life, you invest in everyone." We are truly grateful to be the home to this one-of-a-kind experience in our state, and to welcome those who come to see what a treasure our city really is.
