📢 Labor Day Closure Notice
The Rio Communities Police Department will be closed to the public on Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day.
Please note: Our police officers will remain on duty and available for emergency calls and police services. The department’s civilian staff will be off for the holiday and will return on Tuesday, September 8th.
For emergencies, please call 911.
We wish everyone a safe and happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸

🎉 Rio Communities National Night Out 2026 was a success! 🎉
We could not have made this event possible without the incredible support from our community partners and everyone who came together to make this night special.
A huge thank you to Tierra Del Sol Golf Course, La Merced Moose Lodge, La Merced Moose Riders, The Rio Communities Optimist Club, Dollar General in Rio Comm.,Ace Hardware in Belen, Walmart in Belen and Los Lunas, and so many more wonderful supporters who helped make this event a success.
To those who are not listed above, please know that your support and contributions are truly appreciated. We have included you in the photo as a reminder of how many amazing people and organizations came together for our community.
