Creating Moments of Family Connection
Unplug to Connect is a community-wide campaign that encourages families to set aside their devices during mealtimes and reconnect through meaningful conversation. By creating space for listening, sharing, and laughter, every meal can become an opportunity to strengthen family bonds and make lasting memories. Scan the QR code in the flier for fun conversation starters!

Dining out in Harford County this summer? Keep an eye out for Unplug to Connect signs at participating local restaurants and join the movement to make mealtime matter.

Unplug to Connect is a community-wide initiative inviting families to set phones and tablets aside during meals and reconnect through simple conversation. It’s a small change that creates more listening, more laughter, and more meaningful moments—starting with just one meal.

Hello families! We have had a few questions. This is a pretty quick event. Students will line up then proceed throughout the school. Afterwards, they often stand out front with our Emmorton sign and get pictures! Parents are welcome to come, stay outside, and get pictures, however for safety purposes, parents are not permitted in the building! Thank you for your understanding with this! We cannot wait to see our former Eagles! :)
