ROAD CLOSURES AND PARKING REMINDER

The 59th Annual Bel Air Festival for the Arts will be held Sunday, September 13, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Shamrock Park.

Temporary road closures will begin near Shamrock Park before the festival’s 9 a.m. start time and remain in effect throughout the event. Motorists should also expect temporary parking restrictions and changes in traffic patterns, particularly along Lee Way, Pennsylvania Avenue, and surrounding streets.

Please pay close attention to posted signs and follow all temporary parking restrictions and loading-zone designations.

Heavy traffic is expected throughout the day. Drivers should allow additional travel time, follow the directions of police officers and traffic-control personnel, and remain alert for increased pedestrian traffic near the festival grounds.

General visitor parking will be available at the Bel Air Parking Garage on Hickory Avenue. A free shuttle will operate from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. between the MVA parking lot on Route 24 and the festival site.
