What a wonderful evening celebrating one of Downtown Beeville’s most treasured landmarks! 🎭✨

Beeville Main Street is proud to support the Historic Rialto Theatre and everyone working to bring its next chapter to life.

A special thank-you to Prosperity Bank, Wicker Basket, Mad Matters, Serenity Counseling, BeeHop Yogurt Hive, Lyte Fiber, and Edward Jones – Financial Advisor Sterling Smith for generously contributing to the silent auction. 🎉 National Night Out Is Coming to Beeville! 🎉

Beeville Main Street is excited to partner with the Beeville Police Department and Coastal Bend College for this year’s National Night Out!

📅 Saturday, October 10, 2026
⏰ 5:00–10:00 p.m.
📍 Bee County Courthouse

National Night Out is a nationwide community-building event focused on promoting public safety, strengthening relationships between neighbors and law enforcement, and bringing our community together in support of police-community partnerships.

Participation forms are now available, and it is free to sign up! We would love for our local businesses, organizations, and community partners to join us by hosting a booth, providing an activity, or helping support the event through a sponsorship.

We are also accepting donations of bottled water and sports drinks.

Main Street Office Closure Notice 🐝✨

The Beeville Main Street Office will be closed August 31st through September 4th while I am out of the office.

City offices will also be closed on Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day. We will return to our regular hours on Tuesday, September 8th.

Thank you for your understanding, and we hope everyone has a safe and relaxing Labor Day weekend! 🇺🇸

🥫 Happening Now: Community Food Distribution! 🍎

Beeville ISD and the Coastal Bend Food Bank are distributing food today at:

📍 A.C. Jones High School Veterans Memorial Stadium
1902 N. Adams St., Beeville

Distribution is underway and will continue while supplies last.

Please remain in your vehicle unless directed otherwise, follow all on-site instructions and drive carefully.

Bee County Western Week is now accepting applications for this year’s parade celebrating America’s 250th!

Western Week has long been one of the traditions Beeville is best known for, bringing visitors from near and far and giving our community something to celebrate with pride.

Businesses, organizations, churches, schools, civic groups, sports teams, families, and community members are invited to participate. Bring your creativity, community pride, and Western spirit to Downtown Beeville!

⏰ Lineup: 8:00 a.m.
⭐ Judging: 9:00 a.m.
🎉 Parade Begins: 10:00 a.m.
📝 Application Deadline: September 25th at 4:00 p.m.

Main Street in Motion!🐝🤍✨

The City of Beeville Main Street Advisory Board came together today for its August meeting at the John C. Fulghum Beeville Event Center!

The meeting included the swearing-in of newly appointed Board Member John Corkill, along with a Main Street Director’s Report highlighting the tremendous amount of activity that has taken place throughout the summer, from successful community events and downtown promotions to business outreach, beautification efforts, partnerships, and continued progress at the historic Rialto Theatre.

As we look ahead to a busy fall, today’s conversation also focused on getting our Board members more actively involved through project assignments and priority initiatives that will help turn ideas into visible improvements throughout Downtown Beeville.

We’re excited to reconnect, refocus, and continue building on the momentum we’ve created together.

There is a lot happening in Historic Downtown Beeville, and even more to look forward to! 🐝✨

To Samantha and Peyton, thank you for spending your summer with the City of Beeville Main Street Program. Your dedication, creativity, kindness, and passion made a lasting impact, and our team is better because of you.

It's been such a joy watching you grow in confidence, develop new skills, and become part of our Main Street family. We are incredibly proud of all you've accomplished and are excited to see where life takes you next.

The future ahead is bright, and I have every confidence that the two of you will accomplish anything you set your minds to. Keep dreaming big, believing in yourselves, and embracing every opportunity that comes your way. We can't wait to see all that you'll achieve! I know you'll make our city proud!! 🐝💛✨

Please note:
🚧Street parking for the Bee County Courthouse within the closure area will be unavailable during this time.
📚 Access to the Joe Barnhart Bee County Library parking lot will remain open.
📬Access to the U.S. Post Office drop box will remain available.
🚗The roadway is expected to reopen by 11:00 a.m.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to safely accommodate this permitted event and minimize disruption to our downtown community.
