Beecher City Schools will participate in Leigh Syndrome Awareness Day on Thursday, September 17, 2026. All proceeds will support Mae Buzzard and a cure for Leigh Syndrome. Students can bring $1 or more to wear a hat and/or wear pink. Grade school students can give their money to their homeroom teacher and junior/senior high school students can give their money to Ms. Wright or a National Honor Society member at lunch. 🐦 🩵🎀

☕✨ What a way to wrap up the week at Beecher City Grade School! Our incredible teachers were surprised this morning with lattes and lemonades from 7 Brew — and let's just say the smiles said it all! 🙌

A HUGE thank you to Effingham's 7 Brew for the treats, and a special shoutout to Makenzee Doty for picking them up and delivering them to our staff. Little surprises like this go a long way in showing our teachers how much they're appreciated!

Tomorrow, Friday, Aug. 28th is picture day at Beecher City Jr. Sr. High School. Students will have their pictures taken, and order forms will be sent out at a later date. Retakes are set for Tuesday, September 15th, if a student is absent.
